Enjoy some non-alcoholic Christmas-y drinks and don’t forget to share and spread the joy!
Sparkling blackberry spritzer-
- 2 blackberries
- 200 ml of orange juice and lemon juice
- 4-5 tbsp of cinnamon syrup
- ZOiK sparkling water
In a bowl, muddle blackberries, add orange juice, lemon juice and cinnamon syrup and mix well. Strain the mixture, add Zoik sparkling water and serve!
Cranberry – basil sparkler
For basil syrup:
- ½ cup of basil leaves
- 1 cup pf water
- ½ cup of sugar
In a pot, boil the water and add sugar. Once the sugar is fully dissolved, turn of the gas and add the basil leaves and let it sit for 20 minutes. Strain and keep it aside.
In a large pitcher, add 2 cups of cranberry juice (unsweetened) and ¼ cup of fresh lime juice. Fill the pitcher with ZOiK, ice and lemon wedges. Mix it well and add the basil syrup and serve.
French hot chocolate
- 4 cups of milk
- 2 dark chocolate bars chopped/
- Pink salt for taste
- ¼ cup of sugar
- Hot coffee
- Cream (optional)
Cook the milk in a pan and once the bubbles start to appear, add in the chocolate and salt. Cook until the mixture thickens and turn off the stive. Add the sugar and serve with a topping of hot coffee and cream.
Pomegranate winter chai
- 2 oranges sliced
- 2 cups pf pomegranate juice
- 2 bottles of ZOiK (orange flavoured)
- Cinnamon sticks, anise for garnishing
- 2 tea bags
In a pan, put the orange slices until they turn dark and keep it aside. Boil pomegranate juice and put the tea bags in and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags, and add in the orange slices. Fill half a glass with this mixture and top it off with ZOiK and serve after garnishing.
